NW1 Partners to commit £1.5bn to industrial outdoor storage

"We spent a lot of time researching the industrial outdoor storage sector in the US and came to the conclusion that in the US it was going to be the next emerging institutional asset class – certainly within industrial logistics. As these asset classes usually do, they institutionalise in the US first and then make their way over to the UK and the continent after that."
