Prior to co-founding NW1, Mr. Beanblossom spent 15 years with Sam Zell’s international real estate private equity firm, Equity International (EI). Most recently Mr. Beanblossom oversaw EI’s investments team as its Senior Vice President, and during his tenure contributed to the growth, capitalization, and investment activity of 22 real estate operating companies across multiple asset classes and geographies.
While at EI, Brad led or participated in the formation and investment of more than $900 million of growth capital for EI’s portfolio companies in various structures, including joint ventures, direct equity issuances, and commingled funds.
Mr. Beanblossom served as a member of the EI’s investment committee and as a member of the board and investment committee of numerous portfolio companies.
Mr. Beanblossom graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. in History and earned a M.B.A. in finance from the University of San Francisco.

Prior to joining NW1 Partners, Mr. Blake ran real assets investing for three large family offices over eleven years, including the Bain Capital family office. In these positions, Brooks led 92 investments totalling over $850m of equity commitments across real estate, energy, mining and agriculture in Europe, the United States and Asia. He was responsible for investment strategy, portfolio construction, sourcing, due diligence and risk management.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Blake developed over nine million square feet of office, residential, hotel, retail and mixed-use projects for The JBG Companies and Xander Advisors, two large real estate private equity firms.
Brooks began his career as an Analyst in Mergers and Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley and was an Associate at Winslow Partners, a family office.
Mr. Blake holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a dual degree in Economics and Political Science with Honours and Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar.

Prior to co-founding NW1 Partners, Mr. Boyle was Managing Director, Co-Head & Chief Investment Officer of the AIP Real Estate team at Morgan Stanley. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2008. During his tenure at the firm and as Chair of the AIP Real Estate Investment Committee, he invested over $1.2billion into co-investments, secondaries, and primary fund investments.
Mr. Boyle set the overall investment philosophy, strategy, and process for the AIP Real Estate business within Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
Whilst at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Boyle also spent four years as a member of the overall AIP Executive Committee, helping to set strategic direction and policy for the $36 billion business, focused on private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and outsourced CIO solutions for clients.
Mr. Boyle enjoyed previous senior roles at Brookfield Asset Management, APG Investments US, and Deutsche Bank. In these positions, he led or was substantially involved in investing more than $1.1 billion into equity and mezzanine debt investments.
Mr. Boyle is a former Board of Director of Tishman Hotel & Realty and a past Co-Chair of PREA’s conference planning committee. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Public Affairs from Columbia University.

PJ Carollo is a Vice President at NW1 Partners. Since joining NW1 Partners in 2023, PJ has been actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities, and various capital raising initiatives.
Prior to joining NW1 Partners, PJ was a Director at PJT Park Hill located in the firm’s New York and Chicago offices, where he focused on real estate capital advisory mandates globally. During his 7 years at PJT Park Hill, PJ served in a project management capacity and advised real estate managers in structuring and closing equity commitments from institutional investors (including public and private pensions, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices). He managed transaction activity across various property types and deal structures, including commingled fund formations, programmatic joint ventures, co-investments and direct asset recapitalizations.
PJ graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Decker joined NW1 Partners in January 2018 as an Associate. Since joining the firm, Mr. Decker has been actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Before joining NW1 Partners, Mr. Decker spent two years as an Associate at Rockpoint Group in Boston, MA, where he underwrote core-plus and opportunistic deals in various U.S. cities, and managed up to eight properties across multifamily, office, retail, hotel, and industrial asset classes. He assisted Rockpoint’s senior members in all acquisition, recap, asset management and disposition efforts related to his deals.
Mr. Decker began his career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Merchant Banking and Real Estate Investing (MBREI) division in New York, NY. As part of the two-year analyst program, he performed acquisition analyses for Prime Property Fund, the open-ended Core vehicle, as well as the Opportunistic fund, across all asset classes. He also assisted in the first close fundraising efforts of MBREI’s Global VII Real Estate Opportunistic Fund.
Mr. Decker graduated from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business with a Bachelors in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Strategy.

Since joining NW1 Partners in 2022, Mr. Gravina has been actively involved in the investment team, working on evaluating and launching new platforms across the US and Europe, as well as deploying the existing European platforms.
Prior to joining NW1 Partners, Mr. Gravina was an Investment Analyst at an ultra-high net worth family office based in London. As part of the family office, Mr. Gravina analysed a diverse range of venture opportunities across real estate, retail technology, and web3. He was responsible for writing Investment Committee Memos, conducting detailed analysis, and monitoring existing investments.
Mr. Gravina holds a first-class BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Prior to joining NW1 Partners, Mr. Haddadin was a Fund Accountant at SS&C Technologies GlobeOp where he performed fund administration services for clients in Hedge Funds and Private Equity. Mr. Haddadin was responsible for calculating and analyzing fund performance, accounting and financial reporting, reconciling portfolio transactions and the preparation and analysis of financial and capital statements.
Before joining SS&C, Mr. Haddadin started his career as an analyst at IHS Markit, now known as S&P Global. His role there was to handle data maintenance, reporting and business analysis activities for clients while communicating with external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians and agent banks.
Mr. Haddadin graduated from Western Connecticut State University, Ancell School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Prior to joining NW1 Partners, Ms. Jones was an Investor Relations Associate at Nuveen Real Estate where she was responsible for investor relations and reporting across several real estate Funds, SMA’s and Joint Ventures throughout EMEA and APAC.
Ms. Jones has more than 8 years of experience in investor relations and reporting. Prior to joining Nuveen, Ms. Jones worked at Man Group. There, Ms. Jones worked as a Client Reporting Analyst.
Ms. Jones graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Swansea University and is also a CAIA Charterholder.

Prior to joining NW1 Partners, Mr. Northey was a Senior Financial Analyst at Cascade Capital Group where he assisted both the asset management and acquisitions teams.
Mr. Northey was responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of Cascade’s senior living portfolio, underwriting prospective acquisitions and divestitures, and coordinating due diligence throughout the acquisition process. Mr. Northey has 3 years of experience in financial analysis and underwriting.
Mr. Northey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, where he majored in Finance and Real Estate.
New York
Prior to joining NW1 Partners in 2021, Mr. Sandstrom was an Executive Director, Portfolio Manager, and Real Estate Investment Committee member in the Portfolio Solutions Group and the AIP Real Estate team at Morgan Stanley, where he worked in the firm’s New York and Hong Kong offices. During his nine years at Morgan Stanley, he was involved in roughly $1 billion of private real estate co-investments, secondaries, and primary fund investments.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Sandstrom worked with fund manager Five Mile Capital Partners, where he focused on private real estate high-yield debt and equity investments throughout the US. Prior to that, he worked with Swedish fund manager Niam, where he focused on private real estate investments in the Nordic region.
Mr. Sandstrom began his real estate career in 2000 in the Real Estate Private Fund Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), subsequently Credit Suisse, where he focused on originations and project management for private capital advisory mandates with fund managers in the US and Europe.
Mr. Sandstrom graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Prior to joining NW1, Mr. Sharafali worked at NW1’s strategic partner, Delancey Real Estate Asset Management. At Delancey, Muhamed was part of the investment team focused on executing investments acquisitions across various real estate asset classes (including PRS, offices, ground rents), corporates and platforms. He was heavily involved in the creating the Get Living residential rental business and launching the Delancey’s DOOR residential focussed fund.
Prior to joining Delancey in 2015, Mr. Sharafali spent over 7 years at Willis Towers Watson (previously Towers Watson) where he was an Investment Consultant in their Investment Strategy team. As part of this role, Muhamed advised institutional clients (pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds and family offices) on their investment strategy, portfolio allocations and, facets of risk and return.
Mr. Sharafali has an undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and postgraduate degrees from Imperial College London and University of Reading. He is also a qualified Actuary (Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries).

Following the completion of a 6-month internship with NW1 Partners during her final year of Undergraduate study, Miss Verma joined the firm full-time as an Investment Analyst in September 2024. Miss Verma has since actively contributed to the evaluation and execution of real estate private equity platforms across Europe and North America. Collaborating closely with senior team members, Miss Verma focuses on analysing market trends, assessing investment opportunities, and driving the strategic expansion of the firm’s multiple platforms.
Prior to joining NW1 Partners, Miss Verma gained almost four years of experience as a Parliamentary Researcher in Westminster, whilst simultaneously completing her studies. Additionally, in 2023, Miss Verma completed an Internship with Baring’s Real Estate Equity team in London.
Miss Verma holds a First-Class Honours (BSc) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from King’s College London.

Prior to joining NW1 Partners, Mr. Wardle was an Assistant Manager at KPMG in the Real Estate Valuations team that forms part of the Transactions Advisory Services department in Deal Advisory.
He performed and reviewed Real Estate valuations across a diverse range of sectors that were for business, financial reporting or tax purposes. Mr. Wardle initially joined KPMG on the Audit Graduate scheme in 2018 where he trained to become a Chartered Accountant (ACA) focusing on large private and listed entities.
Mr. Wardle graduated from Newcastle University with First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance and is a member of the ICAEW.

Prior to joining NW1 Partners, Ms. Wong was a Senior Vice President at EA RESIG, where she worked for over eight years and worked on NW1’s account. Ms. Wong has more than 16 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting for private equity funds, feeder/Blocker structure, opportunity zone funds, debt funds, direct access/open-ended funds, REIT and co-investments.
Prior to joining EA RESIG, Ms. Wong worked at AIG Global Real Estate Investment Inc. for six years as a manager. There Ms. Wong managed the accounting, cash operations, compliance and financial reporting for four global private equity real estate funds which invested in several major real estate projects in Korea, Hong Kong, Mexico, Singapore and Thailand.
Prior to AIG, Ms. Wong was a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP leading the engagement of auditing the Blackstone Group’s financial statements of private equity funds.
Ms. Wong is a certified public accountant and earned her Bachelor's in Accounting from Baruch College.
